With its head office in Austin, Texas, the company operates digital and in-studio franchises in over 45 countries. F45 stands for functional training in 45 minutes. The fitness programme was developed to provide a functional workout that improves energy, metabolic, strength, and endurance levels. The company has desktop and mobile apps that customers can access to partake in the F45 At-Home Workouts. These digital programmes include nutritional plans where customers can order and have meals delivered through these apps. F45 Training Holdings also present in-studio fitness classes, in franchised studios across the world. F45 also has an online store that sells fitness gear and WPI protein drinks. F45 Training Holdings launched its IPO on the 15th July 2021, offering approximately 20.3 million shares at a price of $16 per share. F45 Training Holdings raised about $325m with this IPO, gaining a valuation of $1.5bn. The company trades under the FXLV stock ticker on the NYSE.
