NeueHealth facilitates care delivery through local clinics. This segment partners with more than 200,000 care providers in approximately 78 facilities throughout the United States. The Bright HealthCare segment provides diversified healthcare insurance, which includes the provision of specialized plans. It is the third-largest provider of chronic condition special needs plans in the United States. Bright Health Group, backed by Tiger Global and Blackstone Group, Inc. launched its IPO on 24th June 2021. The group priced 51.3 million shares at $18 each, which was lower than the initial published price.
