Founded in 1972, Driven Brands Holdings Inc is the largest auto services company in North America, offering services such as maintenance, paint, collision repair, and carwash. The company is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and houses highly recognisable brands, such as Maaco and Meineke. Driven also has an international customer base, with a presence in 15 countries. In January 2021, the firm raised $700m with its IPO, selling 32 million shares priced at $22 apiece. As of September 2020, Driven had generated $616m in revenue over the previous nine months.
