Prosus NV is a global consumer internet group, based in The Netherlands. It is the international internet assets division of Naspers, and one of the largest technology investors in the world, operating across a variety of platforms and countries. Founded in 1997, the firm is the largest consumer internet company in Europe. The company is listed on the EN Amsterdam where it trades under the ticker PRX. In December 2020 the PRX price chart was showing a 52 week high of €101.15 and a 52 week low of €46.75, with a market cap of €148.72bn. The firm announced a secondary listing of its ordinary shares, on the A2X in December 2020. Prosus will retain its primary listing on the EN Amsterdam and its issued share capital will not be affected by the new listing. Prosus is dedicated to investing and operating globally in markets with long-term growth potential, and partners with some of the world’s leading internet companies, including Tencent, Mail.ru and DeliveryHero. The group is organised into six main business areas, namely Payments & Fintech, Etail, Food delivery, Classifieds, Venture, and Travel.
