Endeavour Group Ltd is an Australian drinks and hospitality company, with an extensive portfolio of brands and businesses, predominantly serving the Australian domestic market. The company operates the largest retail drinks network in Australia and is headquartered in Surrey Hills, New South Wales. The company was established in 2012 and employs over 10,000 staff members as of February 2022. The firm operates a number of linked brands, such as Pinnacle Drinks, Cellarmasters, Shorty’s Liqour and Jimmy Brings. Pinnacle Drinks own a portfolio of assets that includes wineries, vineyards, wine brands and wine services. Cellarmasters offers a direct-to-consumer wine subscription service. Shorty’s Liquor is engaged in the provision of B2B services. Jimmy Brings is the firm’s online drinks specialist and operates on behalf of Endeavour Group’s two main drinks retail outlets: Dan Murphy’s and BWS. As of February 2022, Dan Murphy’s has around 250 stores across Australia, whereas BWS has a network of almost 1,400 stores nationwide. Endeavour Group separated from Woolworths Group in 2021 via one of the largest demergers in Australian history. The firm trades on the ASX under the stock ticker EDV.
