Magellan Financial Group Ltd is a publicly owned investment manager. Founded in 2004, the company has its headquarters in Sydney, Australia, and operates internationally. Magellan Financial Group offers investors a range of funds in global equities and global listed infrastructure markets around the world. In December 2020, Magellan Financial Group entered into an agreement to purchase 10% of Guzman y Gomez (Holdings) Limited, a quick-service restaurant company, from existing shareholders in a deal for $87m.
