The company was originally established in 1926, then known as the Washington Rock Building and Loan Association. Commercial services offered by the bank include commercial real estate financing solutions, business loans and lines of credit, and various related services. Investors Bancorp Inc. became a partially public company in 2005 and went completely public in 2014. The firm is listed on the NASDAQ, where it trades under the stock ticker ISBC.
