In 2019, it was announced that Liberty Property Trust and Prologis, a logistics real estate company, have entered into a definitive merger agreement by which Prologis will acquire Liberty in an all-stock transaction, valued at approximately $12.6 billion. The company’s financial and operating results for the third quarter of fiscal 2019 included reported net income of $49.8 million.
