Invesco Senior Loan ETF

The Invesco Senior Loan ETF is an exchange traded fund that seeks to track the investment results of the S&P/LSTA U.S. Leveraged Loan 100 Index, which is designed to track the market-weighted performance of the largest institutional leveraged loans based on market weightings, spreads, and interest payments. The fund is managed by Invesco, a global investment company and provider of ETFs that is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with regional offices around the world. The fund was established in 2011 and uses USD as its base currency. The fund provides investors with exposure to the securities included in the index but does not purchase all of the securities in the index. Instead, the fund utilises a "sampling" methodology to seek to achieve its investment objective, typically investing at least 80% of its total assets in the components of the index. ETFs generally aim to give investors exposure to a market while making it easier and more convenient to invest, compared to trading individual stocks. Both the fund and its related index are rebalanced and reconstituted bi-annually, in June and December. The Invesco Senior Loan ETF is listed on the NYSE Arca, where it trades under the ticker BKLN.
