Invesco S&P 500 Low Volatility

The Invesco S&P 500 Low Volatility ETF is an exchange traded fund that aims to track the results of the S&P 500 Low Volatility Index, composed of the 100 securities from the S&P 500 Index with the lowest realised volatility over the past 12 months. The ETF is backed by the portfolio and risk management of its fund manager Invesco, a global provider of ETFs headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with regional offices in 26 countries. The fund was established in 2011 and uses USD as its base currency. Sectors included in the index encompass utilities, financials, real estate, consumer staples, industrials, information technology, consumer discretionary, healthcare, materials, communication services, and energy. ETFs are popular investments that give investors exposure to a specific set of assets and represent an easier and more convenient way of investing than trading individual stocks. The ETF invests at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the index. Both the fund and its related index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly in February, May, August, and November.
