Its products, geared towards building data infrastructure, caters to four major markets: automotive, data centre and cloud, enterprise, and carriers. Marvel offers a large suite of innovative data infrastructure solutions covering computing, networking, storage, and data security. Its products include data processing units, security solutions, ethernet controllers and switches, SSD controllers, and storage accelerators. Marvel also develops integrated hardware and software platforms that provide optimum computing solutions. Its subsidiary, Inphi Corporation, deals with high-speed analogue and mixed-signal components. Other subsidiaries include Innovium, QLogic, and Kinoma. Marvell’s acquisitions are geared toward strengthening its position in the cloud market. The company’s target markets are original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and original design manufacturers (ODM). Its clients include Western Digital, Toshiba, and Seagate Technology PLC.
