The company has a strong focus on enabling digital transformation with the aid of AI powered technology solutions. The firm employs around 279,000 people globally. In 2021, the firm was recognised as one of the Fastest Growing Top 10 IT Services Brands by Brand Finance, and as a Global Top Employer by the Top Employers Institute. It was also named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere Institute. Infosys makes almost all of its sales overseas, with North America accounting for 60% of the total.
