Altium Ltd is an international specialist software company based in Australia, with headquarters in Chatswood, New South Wales. The company was founded in 1985 and has operations across the Americas, Europe, the Asia Pacific region and other emerging markets, providing software solutions to a wide range of clients in a number of different sectors. In August 1999, Altium launched as a public company, listed on the ASX and trading under the ticker ALU.
