The company headquarters are located in San Roman, California. Five9 Inc provides a virtual contact centre cloud platform, that offers a number of applications and solutions. These include contact centre-related customer service, sales and marketing functions. As of August 2022, Five9 Inc estimates that it has served more than 2500 customers around the world. The company records over 7 billion call minutes each year in service of these customers. The company has received several rewards since its inception.
