In September 2021, the company announced that it had secured a purchase order for 1,000 vehicles. The Urban Delivery vehicle is the first Class 1 commercial electric vehicle in the US market. The company was first listed on the NASDAQ in June 2021 after combining with Forum Merger III Corp. In March 2022, the company announced plans to downsize its workforce with a view to improve efficiency across the company.
