The firm’s facilities include upstream operations in Alberta and the Northwest Territories, refining facilities in Alberta and Ontario, 21 terminals across Canada and more than 2,000 Esso and Mobil stations. The firm is also involved in the Cold Lake oil sands operation, which Imperial owns a majority interest in. The site is located in northeastern Alberta and covers approximately 780 square kilometres.
