Segro dates back to 1920 and is a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), headquartered in the UK and operating in 14 offices across Europe, including the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands Poland, and Spain. The company owns, manages and develops modern warehouses and light industrial property located in, or close to, major urban conurbations and around key transport hubs. Segro’s customers operate in a wide range of industry sectors, including delivery, food, and logistics.
