Formerly known as CVS Caremark Corporation, the company changed its name to CVS Health Corporation in September 2014. CVS operates its business through four segments: Pharmacy Services, Retail/LTC, Health Care Benefits, and Corporate/Other. Its Pharmacy Services segment offers pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solutions, which include plan design offerings and administration, main order pharmacy services, retail pharmacy network management services, specialty pharmacy services, disease management services, medical spend management, and clinical services. The company's Retail/LTC segment provides healthcare services through its MinuteClinic walk-in medical clinics and sells prescription drugs, health and wellness products, and general merchandise. The Health Care Benefits segment manages the provision of a range of voluntary, traditional, and consumer-directed health insurance products and related services.
